Princes ApartmentsPrinces Apartments is the renovation of two apartments within a 1937 art deco building in Princes Hill, Melbourne, spanning the ground floor and first floor levels. Working within a long and narrow footprint, the design worked to optimise the spatial planning while retaining the character of the original apartments. Carefully integrated storage solutions and detailing allow the spaces to feel uncluttered and larger than their footprints while balancing the building’s heritage character with modern amenity.
