Halfday DeliHalfday Deli is a café and wine bar in New South Wales designed to operate from morning through to late evening. The project combines warm timber joinery and lighting with stainless steel and raw concrete surfaces to create an interior that shifts naturally throughout the day, from coffee, baking and sandwiches during the day to a more intimate evening atmosphere centred around pizza and wine.
